Patch tests are required for all tinting services, HD Brows, HD Brows Sculpt, Nouveau LVL & Laser Hair removal.
A patch test is required between 1 – 7 days prior to your treatment dependent upon which service you require. This applies to any client new to the treatment or if there has been a lapse of 6 months since your previous treatment.
A small form will need to be carried out, signed & dated for insurance purposes.
- All Tinting services – 24 hours prior to treatment
- HD Brows, HD Brows Sculpt & Nouveau LVL – 48 hours prior to treatment
- Laser Hair Removal – 1-7 days prior to treatment (dependent upon skin type)
It is your responsibility to make sure you have booked a patch test for the appropriate time.
If the patch test has not been booked correctly we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
Cancellations & No Shows
Please be aware that we occupy a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation with 24 hours or less & any No Shows will be charged 50% of their treatment price.
Online bookings will not be refunded their booking deposit. If a deposit has not been taken, we will credit the card we have saved on file or a payment link will be sent via email. Failure to comply with our policy will result in no future bookings welcome.
We require all clients to arrive a few minutes before their appointment time. This is so we can fulfill your treatment in the time allocated. Your therapist will always offer where possible to do as much of the treatment as possible in the time remaining if you arrive late. Any late arrivals can be refused treatment and will be charged 50% in accordance with our cancellation & no show policy.
If your therapist is running late we will always honor your full treatment time.
Treatment times cannot be guaranteed. On occasions there may be conflicting treatments (ELEMIS Biotec facials, Laser hair removal & Spray tans)
If this is the case a therapist will call you to re arrange to an alternative suitable day & time.
Attending your appointment alone
We ask that you attend your appointment alone. We do not allow any babies, children or adults to join you at your appointment for health and safety reasons.
All our gift vouchers are issued with a 6-month expiry online and in salon. The expiry date is clearly stated on gift vouchers. Under no circumstances will any gift voucher be extended.
At Relax Spa & Beauty we treat every client with care and respect. We will not tolerate anything less in return. If we are not treated with care and respect, we will ask you kindly to leave the salon.
