PRODUCT SHOP FAQ

Standard Delivery will be sent via Royal mail within the UK only. We aim to post out orders within 2 working days of you placing the order. Due to COVID19 & busy periods there may be a delay on behalf of Royal Mail or Relax Spa & Beauty which is out of our control.

All Click & Collect orders will be available for collection within our salon opening hours. We will call or email you to arrange a collection time when your items are available.

We will only accept returns on unopened & unsealed products within 14 days of you receiving the product. Any return must be arranged by calling Relax Spa & Beauty on 01869 250099. We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. A refund or exchange will be given.

All refunds & exchanges can take up to 14 working days once we have received the items.

Relax Spa & Beauty does not hold any responsibility for any reactions to any products. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to understand what products they are purchasing.
